Why We Built This Site
Texas keeps warrant information with the courts and law-enforcement offices involved in a case. A court controls its case file and recall terms, while the sheriff provides a law-enforcement contact route. A missed Eden citation may stay with Eden Municipal Court; a county fine-only ticket belongs with the one countywide JP. The county's LGS index is a general records search, not a complete live warrant roster. Because one source may not show another court's process, the contacts here distinguish the clerk, court, and sheriff roles and explain when to ask for an official confirmation.
What You Will Find Here
- Local search routes: how to use the Concho County records and court contacts when no sheriff roster is online
- Outstanding process: what the active-warrant page can confirm and why there is no local public list
- Missed court dates: which local court may issue a bench warrant and how its case route works
- Arrest process: how arrest warrants relate to the 119th District Court and local peace officers
- Traffic and city cases: separate routes for a traffic warrant and an Eden municipal matter
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately operated reference site, not a Texas court or law-enforcement office. It has clear limits:
- We cannot run an official warrant check or confirm whether a warrant exists for anyone
- We cannot remove, recall, quash, or clear a warrant on any system
- We cannot post bond or accept any kind of payment toward a warrant
- We cannot arrange a surrender, a court date, or a warrant walk-through
- We cannot give legal advice or tell you how a specific warrant applies to you
- We cannot guarantee each phone number, fee, or procedure is current at the time you read it
Only the issuing court or the law-enforcement office with the record can confirm current warrant status and recall. These pages can point to the right office, but the official answer must come from that office.
Search Partners
Search boxes on some pages are operated by outside providers. Those companies set their prices, collect the information entered into their tools, and control their results. A paid signup may produce a referral fee that helps fund this reference site. We do not run those searches, and no third-party result should be treated as an official Concho County warrant confirmation.
